For all products, including Core LIMS, Core ELN, Core SDMS, and Platform for Science software, a Quality System is in place which includes:

Software Development Lifecycle:

Using a documented SDLC and release process, our products are fully tested prior to a formal release.

Supplier Management:

We understand the importance of supplier management at all levels. Following our internal supplier management program, we ensure our suppliers are assessed, have the proper agreements in place, and risk management activities are applied. Additionally, our suppliers are monitored and periodically re-assessed to ensure they continue to meet our quality needs.

Issue Management:

When issues arise, we have processes to ensure issues are managed and addressed in a timely and appropriate way. Through investigations, corrections, testing and communication with customers our Quality System is designed to ensure all issues big or small get the attention and correction they need.

Change Management:

Changes including infrastructure and software updates have formal processes to ensure these are done in a controlled way and with appropriate notifications.
